When you sign in with Google, we collect:

• Your name and email address (provided by Google OAuth)
• Your profile picture (provided by Google OAuth)

When you use the platform, we collect:

• Interview session data (topic, score, feedback, transcripts)
• Audio recordings during practice and live interview sessions (processed in real-time and not stored permanently)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise your interview practice experience
• To track and display your progress over time
• To generate AI-powered feedback on your answers
• To improve the platform

3. Data Storage

Your session data is stored securely in our database (Supabase). Each user can only access their own data — we enforce row-level security so no user can view another user's sessions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• OpenAI — audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription and to GPT for feedback generation
• Groq — used for AI feedback generation
• Supabase — used for database and authentication

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data per their respective terms.

5. Data Retention

Your session data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security on our database, and OAuth 2.0 for authentication. We never store passwords.
